The training program will be a combo of strength workouts, and workouts to get your heart rate going (fat burning workouts :) The best part - they can be done in the comfort of your own home!
Program Breakdown:
- Weekly topics to on nutrition & the key components of health. You will learn the breakdown of proper nutrition for the body (see "Schedule" below for weekly topics) - Videos can be watched when it is convenient for you.
- 5 training workouts per week - all 45 minutes or less
- Accountability coach that will check in and keep you motivated
- A private group with everyone who is taking the program with you - encourage and motivate one another
- Weekly live Q&A with Coach Shay - ask any coaching questions or questions around the weekly nutrition topics
- 45 recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert
